How to WIN on Tables

Tickets earning will take place on Friday 28 November from 1pm -8pm. Ticket earning for the draw starts at 1pm-8pm

Patrons must be actively playing on tables and receive one of the below combinations to get a manual entry ticket in to the draws

Combinations are as follows:

Roulette – 1 x Straight up on the days date

Blackjack – Blackjack of the same suit

Xtreme Poker – 3 of a kind or higher

Once a patron hits a combination the supervisors will inform the marketing host in order to receive an entry in to the draw.

Entry Tickets earning will take place on Black Friday 28 November from 1pm -8pm

Cash draws will be conducted hourly  from 4pm -7pm

How to WIN on Slots

 

 Slots Black Friday Promotion. Win a Share of R 35 000 in Cash and +Play

Ticket earning will take place on Friday 28th November 2025 from 12:00 pm until 21:00.

The RAPS system will be used to randomly select ticket earners who earn 10 points or more during the ticket earning period and the system will select 50 tickets per hour between 13:00 & 21:00.

Tickets printed will be put into the Tombola each hour until the last tickets are printed by 21:00.

Guests will be able to earn multiple tickets via the raps system but can only be drawn once per hourly draw.

Guests who have been drawn in the hourly draws will be eligible to be redrawn in the final draw at 22:00.

Guests can only be drawn once in the Final draw at 22:00

Each Person drawn will WIN T500 cash in the Hourly draws happen 17h00-21h00

The final Tombola draw will take place at 22:00 & winners will be selected from tickets printed throughout the day.

5 winners will be selected and will be asked to choose a box in the order in which they were drawn.

Each box will contain a cash & +Play prize as per the table above.

All draws are attendance draws and patrons need to be present to win a prize

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is exclusive to Hemingways Casino Cardholders.
  3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  4. This is a Tables and Slots promotion.
  5. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  6. A win at the Tables Black Friday promotion strictly constitutes the following combinations:
  • American Roulette – Chip on the days date
  • Blackjack – Blackjack of the same suit
  • Poker – Three of a kind or Higher
  1. Guests with winning combinations can win once in the hourly cash draws then again once in the Final cash draw

  7. The promotion will run for the dates advertised. Authorized representatives or a participant shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the participants they represent.
  8. Patrons can only be drawn once per draw day
  9. All Participants are required to be present at the draws (car and cash and prize draws)
  10. Provided that a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant must nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management. Nomination forms will be available at the Customer Services Desk from the opening and closing times for the electronic entry bin.
  11. Authorized representatives or a participant shall not be entitled to any prizes and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the Participants they represent.
  12. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won.
  13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item(s) unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  14. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s License/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino, Hemingways Casino Rewards card of the individual that they are representing and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds
  15. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner nominating a representative to act on their behalf, a re-draw will take place.
  16. Should the prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of nominating a representative to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy form or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within15 days of the draw claim the prize.
  17. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
  18. All decisions are final and binding, no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; any complaints arising at the event will be investigated and forwarded to the ECGBB for investigation and final decision.
  19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  22. Surveillance specialist, Security & Marketing will audit the draws.
