Terms and Conditions

1. No person under 18 is allowed to participate in this competition.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this competition.
3. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Prizes might have a validity date for redemption.
5. The property reserves the right to vary or add to any of the rules of this competition without any prior notification.
6. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
7. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
8. In the effect of a technical failure or damage to the devise or method used for this competition, irrespective of the cause, a redraw will be held using a devise or method decided upon of the sole discretion of Management.
9. Every entrant into this competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the terms and conditions by virtue of their participation and prizes may only be claimed by the registered recipient of the winning entry.
10. The Winner will be contacted via e-mail or telephonically on 28th September 2011.
11.  Only completed entry forms will be accepted.
12. Competition closes on the 25th September and no late entries will be accepted.
13. The entry bin will be available at the Club Festival Desk from the 26th August till the 25th September 2011.
